General information
Injection Equipment Access Centers (CAMIs) are places where people who use drugs can obtain injecting equipment anonymously.
CAMIs can be located in several types of resources:
- pharmacies;
- CLSC;
- hospital centers;
- clinics;
- family medicine groups (GMF);
- addiction rehabilitation centers;
- community organizations.
A logo identifies the resources that provide access to injection equipment. It is usually affixed to the front door of CAMI.
The following list of facilities is not exhaustive and only includes facilities in the health and social services network (CLSC and hospitals). To find a CAMI (e.g. pharmacy) near you, also consult the https://sante.gouv.qc.ca/en/repertoire-ressources/cami/
