Coronavirus (COVID-19): Instructions for visitors
Regular visits
- Family members, visitors and caregivers can visit from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., daily.

Both parents are allowed at all times with their child age 18 and under.

Healthcare units
- Maximum 2 visitors at a time per patient, on the unit
Psychiatric Unit

Intensive care
- 1 visitor at a time
- From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7p.m. to 9 p.m.
Emergency - Pre-observation
- 1 accompanying person at a time, at all times.
- The resuscitation area is off limits, except by invitation from the charge nurse.
Emergency - Observation
- 1 informal caregiver at all times.
- Other visitors: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Maximum of 1 visitor at a time (excluding informal caregiver).
Birth pavilion

2 accompanying persons (18 years and older) are permitted at all times.

Visits permitted at any time for siblings.

A limited number of visitors will be allowed at the same time. Contact the care team before visiting the user. |
Important
All visitors must comply with infection prevention measures. Avoid visiting the hospital if you or another visitor has a fever, the flu, diarrhea or a contagious disease. Postpone your visit for a few days.
Services available
We offer patients and visitors several services to make their time at the hospital easier and more pleasant.
Gift shop
Boutique Enchantée, located on the ground floor, carries a range of gifts, newspapers, magazines and sweets. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Hairdresser and barber
Ask the staff in your care unit about the prices and schedule and how to make an appointment.
Pastoral team
A pastoral team is available daily. Speak to the nursing staff in your care unit if you’d like a priest to visit you in your room or if you want to spend time in the chapel.
If you are not Catholic and you’d like to see a minister of your faith, our pastoral animators will take the necessary steps to honour your request.
Automated teller machine
A Caisse Desjardins ATM is accessible at all times. It is located in the lobby on the ground floor.
TV rental
The TV rental service is available daily. The fees are payable directly to the rental service manager. To rent a TV, dial 450-699-2425, ext. 4950.
Telephone and incoming calls
You can receive phone calls in your room. However, remember that other users share your room who are waiting for or recovering from treatment or surgery.
If your room number is lower than 100, family and friends can reach you at 450‑699-2425, followed by 55 and your room number. If your room number is higher than 100, they can dial 450-699-2425, followed by 5 and your room number. You will be billed for long distance calls.
The use of a mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the hospital, as is the use of a laptop with WiFi.
Food
Meals
The Dietetics department will serve meals in your room between 7:40 a.m. and 9 a.m., 11:25 a.m. and 1 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. All meals are produced in accordance with nutrition guidelines.
Cafeteria
The Les Délices d’Anna cafeteria is located on the ground floor.
- Monday to Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Weekends and holidays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
