The daily living aids loan program provides people with a physical disability (PD), an intellectual disability (ID), or an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with in-home support in order to:
- improve their autonomy;
- reduce the amount of help needed at home;
- avoid the need for housing by trying to help them integrate better into their various environments (home, school, work).
Your health and social services professional will request the necessary equipment based on your needs and the program eligibility criteria.
