For a health problem requiring rapid consultation, minor emergency
If you're concerned about your health, you can call the Info-Santé 811 line: this service will tell you if your condition requires a consultation at the emergency room or FMG-U, or if you can treat yourself at home! For emergencies, you can call the 911 emergency line for immediate assistance.
Minor emergency appointments are offered every day to registered users of the Charles-Le Moyne FMG-U when a new health problem arises that can't wait for a consultation with your family physician, or when a known health problem rapidly worsens.
Make your appointment online:
- from 8:00 pm the day before, for morning appointments;
- from 7:00 am on the same day, for afternoon appointments.

- 7.30-11.30 a.m. and 1.00-3.00 p.m., Monday to Friday;
- from 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Please note that no requests for symptom-related assessments or appointments will be processed by email. No minor emergency appointments will be assigned for medication refills (please submit the request via the Medesync patient portal).

You can make an appointment with your professional (subject to availability).
- Online: https://rvsq.gouv.qc.ca/prendrerendezvous/; If there is no availability at the moment, check again periodically.
- By phone: 8:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, at 450 466-5630 option 2, then select your professional. Please note that telephone appointments with your professional are not available on weekends or public holidays.
